Technical and lab analysis
Our technical and R&D teams assess your product and line requirements, conducting tests in our in-house laboratory when needed to make sure the right choices are made.
Packaging solution design
Based on the analysis, our specialists work with your team to arrive at a tailored packaging solution matched to your product and equipment, as well as your needs over time and scale.
Visual design and print
Where print is required, our in-house Design and Print team refines existing artwork or develops a new design. With flexographic printing, we can deliver high-quality print across all casings and films.
Product preparation & production
Once approved, production begins according to an arranged schedule. Depending on client needs, multilayer films and casings are manufactured, co-extruded, printed, slit, and converted.
Delivery & post-delivery support
Finished products are delivered, and our technical team remains available for adjustments and optimisation. We support clients in improving packaging performance throughout our work.
